Submissions

Nouveau Classic Imprints is not accepting submissions at this time.

Privacy Policy

We do not collect customers’ private information beyond the necessary shipping information and address.

We recognize that “email lists” are common within our business; however, we do not maintain one. We encourage you to return from time to time, and to visit and follow our authors on their websites or social media accounts for updates on books, specials, and other tidbits.

Shipping

At this time, shipping is available within the 48 contiguous states. All shipping is via USPS.

A flat-rate shipping and handling charge of $15.00 will be assessed at the time of purchase for up to 2 books. Additional books incur additional charges based on weight.

We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states and invite you to visit the online vendors who carry our books as an alternative. Or ask your local bookstore to obtain the book(s) for you. Wholesale distribution is available through IngramSpark.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax for merchandise ordered based on the applicable sales tax for State of Virginia customers only. We do not collect sales tax from out-of-state customers.

Return Policy

All sales are final. We cannot accept returns. If your package arrives damaged and the contents unusable please immediately file a claim with your local USPS, and send us a copy of the official claim Attention Customer Service. NOTE: This claim process applies ONLY to books shipped by Nouveau Classic Imprints. If you have purchased the book(s) from a different vendor, please contact that vendor for their return policy and service. Please do not contact Nouveau Classic Imprints.
